On Jan 22, 2025, over 50 people gathered at Redcar Properties’ recent buildout to mix and mingle over libations and delicious catering provided by Kafe K for the All Shades of Green Mixer hosted in partnership with Sustainable Works and the City of Santa Monica. Redcar’s team provided tours of their cutting-edge 1640 14th Street and 1650 Euclid Street sustainably designed buildouts featuring a solar panel trellis, water reclamation systems, and stunning rooftop decks with panoramic views. Redcar Properties achieved their first Green Certification back in 2020 and recently recertified for another 3 years. Attendees also learned about Santa Monica’s Green Business Program and how to apply for the 29th annual Sustainable Quality Awards
