Your participation in the Sustainable Works program is purely voluntary and by agreeing to this Permission and Release from Liability, you fully support and agree to accept and assume any and all risks associated with your participation.
In order to participate in the Sustainable Works program, you must release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all claims, demands or causes of action that you may have against Sustainable Works, Community Partners or their respective employees, volunteers, officers, directors, and associated organizations (cumulatively, “Sustainable Works”), which are in a any way connected with your participation in this program.
